Bio

Mel Kaplan has been a real estate investor since 1960. He is CEO of Wellington Financial Group, an entity that invests in commercial real estate nationally. In 1988 Mr. Kaplan and his family founded the Harry Singer Foundation, a nonprofit educational operating foundation dedicated to youth development. Mel is an alumnus of MIT and UC Berkeley where, in the 70s, he lectured at the School of Business Administration.
